Testimonials
Catherine and son Benjamin
Catherine thinks the Go4Fun program is a great program which teaches kids important nutrition information in an easy to understand way for kids. She felt that the Go4Fun provided a friendly and understanding environment where nothing was off limits for the parents to discuss. Catherine believes her son Benjamin now thinks more about making healthier choices when it comes to food and that he has built up confidence. Benjamin enjoyed the swimming games the most and making new friend.
Kathy, a mum in the Inner West.
'Our family has recently enjoyed the Canterbury Go4fun program. Each week we received great, simple suggestions, such as healthy food choices and alternatives and label reading at the supermarket. We were able to implement these suggestions straight away.
The activities were fun for all members of the family. Jodi and Ana made the atmosphere of the program fun, happy and non-judgmental. The kids looked forward to every week. My daughter said, “I’m sad the program is over!”
We are so happy we chose to invest this time, the knowledge and skills we have received in 12 weeks will help us for our life-time, and best of all we did it as a family!'
