Go4Fun – “The highlight of my week”
“Thank you for being a great leader at Go4Fun. You taught me healthy food is yummy and I love wholemeal bread and beans. And I now know what a healthy, yummy plate looks like. I also now love to eat corn, grains, meat, fruit, broccoli, cucumber and some cheese”.
What changes or effort has your child made that you are most proud of?
My daughter really is stopping and thinking about what she is eating – and I really love that she is trying to cook some healthy meals for the rest of us too.
My daughter is more aware of her food choices and how it affects her body. She is taking control of what she eats and does.
My son reads all of the labels on our food products and advises if they are within healthy limits.
My son is trying new foods.
My son is thinking twice about his food choices and eating smaller portions – thankyou.
